Shipping Policy

All Customers: You can trust that your order will be quickly acknowledged, processed and safely delivered to the shipper within a day or two of receipt except on weekends and holidays. Please be sure your delivery address is correct as we are not responsible for deliveries to any address which is given to us incorrectly. On occasion, we are out of stock of something that is ordered. In such cases, you will be contacted by email or phone to determine if you wish to backorder or cancel the order. On very rare occasions the software for our shipper is not accurate in the shipping costs for a specific order. Where we can, we will absorb small differences, but any major discrepancy will be brought to your attention for additional payment or a refund.

US Customers: We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice as provided at our shopping cart. We are responsible to deliver the item to the shipper, but are not responsible for items lost by the shipper unless they are insured or guaranteed delivery. Items shipped via Media Mail are not necessarily returned to us if they are undeliverable. If you wish a guaranteed delivery, please use a guaranteed method of delivery. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are calculated by our shopping cart based upon the shipping rates established by your shipper of choice plus a $3 handling fee to cover packaging and handling.

International Customers:¬†We can ship products only to Canada. We are responsible to deliver the item to the shipping service of your choice, but are not responsible for items lost while in the shipper’s possession. Most products are reliably delivered to most destinations by First Class or Priority Mail options through the U.S. Postal Service. Aside from the shipper, customs would be the next place to check if any package is delayed. Some destinations for international shipments do not offer guaranteed delivery and any shipping method which is not guaranteed by the shipper is shipped at the customer’s own risk. We cannot guarantee nor will we replace items that are shipped by non-guaranteed methods of shipment.
